Overview

Prismio is built on the premise that your personal struggles are yours — not ours to monetize, analyze, or sell. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

What We Collect

Waitlist email address. When you submit your email to join the waitlist, we store it with our email service provider (Buttondown) for the sole purpose of notifying you when Prismio is available. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or drip campaigns. We will send one email.

Survey responses. If you complete our 3-question validation survey, your anonymous responses are stored via Tally and exported to a Google Sheet used only for product research. Responses are not linked to your email address or any identifying information.

No app data collected yet. The Prismio app does not yet exist. When it does, your problem tickets and personal data will stay on your device by default. Cloud sync, if offered, will be optional, paid, and end-to-end encrypted.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models.
  • We do not build behavioral profiles.
  • We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.
  • We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to function.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-first analytics (Plausible) if enabled. Plausible collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and is fully GDPR-compliant. Aggregate page view counts help us understand which sections resonate — nothing more.

Third-Party Services

Buttondown (buttondown.com) — Email list management. GDPR compliant. EU data processing available. Buttondown Privacy Policy.

Tally (tally.so) — Survey tool. EU-based, GDPR compliant. Tally Privacy Policy.

Netlify — Website hosting. Your IP address may be processed by Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@prismio.app. We will process your request within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and port your data.
